A sous chef is second-in-command to the head chef of a restaurant's kitchen,
assuming full responsibility when the latter is absent. As a sous chef you'll
be involved in all aspects of kitchen management, including staff management,
food preparation, menu planning, health and hygiene, stocktaking, budget
control, purchasing and more.

It's a position of responsibility and reward, ideal for someone with a passion
for cooking as well as for snow! A few years' experience as a chef in a variety
of establishments will be extremely advantageous in applying to be a sous chef.
